My classes offer an adapted style of Kundalini Yoga, based on the learnings from my teacher Gloria Latham and the sequencing I studied at the Himalayan Institute.
Kundalini Yoga exercises are simple enough to tap quickly into that powerful energy you carry inside to get things going, and with constant practice to breakthrough life.
